The service was excellent, not overly attentive but there when needed, and they even provided warm blankets and infused towels. The dining experience featured delicious food, including made-to-order omelets and waffles, but it was a bit overpriced. The facilities were good overall.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. Having my own hot spring water filled jacuzzi on the balcony was a real treat, making the experience very comfortable. It's definitely worth the extra money to have a private spa in the room.
